Staff from our organization convene every Monday afternoon to foster professional advancement. It allows us to forge connections, acquire knowledge, and expand our perspectives alongside a diverse cohort of colleagues.
PD Mondays open doors to in-depth discussions on pertinent subjects spanning pedagogy, curriculum development, leadership principles, and child protection, etc. These sessions offer a platform to learn from YCYW specialists and guest speakers, collaborate with peers, and reflect on your practice.
