About the Online Course

In this four-part book study series, we will delve into the transformative insights of the book 'When the adults change, everything changes', exploring how redirecting our focus onto our own choices and actions can lead to remarkable change in our relationships, lives and work.

Language-based breakout rooms will be available to ensure inclusivity and engagement for all participants, but the book is currently available only in English.

We believe that diverse perspectives will enrich our discussions and broaden our understanding of the core principles outlined in the book.

Objective: The primary objective of this book study series is to shift our mindset from external factors to the power of personal agency. By exploring the concepts presented in "When the Adults Change, Everything Changes," we aim to:

  1. Encourage self-reflection: Take a deeper look at our own choices, behaviors, and attitudes, and how they impact our environments and relationships.
  2. Cultivate empathy and understanding: Engage in meaningful discussions that embrace diverse perspectives, creating a culture of respect, collaboration, and support.
  3. Inspire action: Equip oursleves and others with practical tools and actionable insights to implement positive change in their daily interactions and professional roles.

Who should attend: This series is tailored for educators, administrators and change makers who are directly involved with students and have a passion for driving meaningful change within the educational landscape. Whether you are a teacher, school leader, office staff, counselor, support staff, or an individual committed to making a difference in education, this book study series offers a platform for deep exploration, collaboration, and growth.
