Delivering Legendary Service - expert facilitator Henry Wong

In addition to being an accomplished editor on interpersonal relationships, Henry Wong is one of the few administrators who have served in both academic and non-academic roles in schools. He has more than sixteen years of work experience in international schools based in Singapore, China, and the US. His administrative positions have included Senior Admissions and Marketing Manager, Business Administration Director and, Co-head.

The presenter will explain the personal benefits and school’s benefits in offering outstanding service to their internal and external customers. He will then provide some simple suggestions to get started on the right foot in customer service if nothing concrete is in place yet.

At the end of the presentation, Henry will allow participants an opportunity to conduct a self-assessment of their legendary service capacity. A score and its interpretation will be provided.
